Counselling In Hampstead

I have been a psychotherapist for eighteen years both privately and in the NHS. I originally trained as as an Occupational Therapist (OT) and worked with people experiencing mental health difficulties in the NHS. This led to my training as a Core Process Psychotherpist at the Karuna Institute, and I started seeing clients privately, alongside my work as an OT.

I am registered with UKCP.

I also offer supervision to psychotherapists and am the London contact for people seeking a Core Process Psychotherapist.  

Core Process Psychotherapy

Core Process Psychotherapy integrates western psychotherapeutic understanding with a Buddhist perspective. For futher explanation see link to Karuna Institute.

Supervision

I have completed the Diploma in Contemplative Supervision run by the Karuna Institute and also have many years experience supervising staff in the NHS.

I offer supervision to psychotherapists, trainees, and others eg cranio-sacral therapists.
